Venue Amenities

Here’s everything you need to know to feel comfortable, prepared, and right at home during the meet.

From essential facilities and a fully managed Fursuit Lounge, to clear food and drink guidance and helpful accessibility information, we’ve covered the practical details so you can focus on being a big irl animal.

The main toilet facilities are located upstairs. Head left as you enter the venue and follow the signs. These are the primary toilets for the event and are easy to reach from the main social areas.

An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor next to the stairs leading to the main toilets, providing step-free access for those who need it.

If you’re using the Fursuit Lounge, you won’t need to leave and re-enter the event space just to use the toilets. Downstairs facilities can be accessed from the lounge area, which is especially helpful whilst suiting / de-suiting.

checkroomFursuit Lounge (Changing Area)

Our Fursuit Lounge is a dedicated space designed to give suiters a comfortable, private area to change, cool down, and take breaks when needed. You’ll find it at the back of the venue through the double doors.

To access the lounge, please check in with a member of the MancFurs team when you arrive. You’ll receive a red wristband that allows entry to the lounge throughout the meet. Each suiter may also assign one handler to join them in the space, and they’ll receive a wristband as well.

Partial suiters who are comfortable doing so may be directed to use the mezzanine level instead, helping us prioritise the main lounge for those who need full changing space.

Please keep bags, boxes, and cases stored neatly along the edges of the room. Clear walkways are important for safety, accessibility, and the general flow of people moving in and out of the space.

fastfoodFood and Drink

In line with venue rules, food and drink purchased elsewhere cannot be brought inside. The only exception is bottled water.

The bar offers a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, so there are options available throughout the event. If you plan to purchase alcohol, please bring valid ID.

While the venue does not serve food, we’re in an area with plenty of nearby places to grab something to eat before, during, or after the meet.

When outside, all drinks must remain within the designated area.
Please do not stand around outside the venue with drinks, unless you are within the designated drinking area. This is an important condition of our agreement with the venue and must be followed at all times. Venue Staff and Security will be able to point this area out to you on the day.

The main entrance via Canal St has a single step, which may present a barrier for some guests. Once inside, the venue is mostly flat, making it easier to move between the main social areas. There is also a ramp leading up to the Fursuit Lounge.

If you are a partial suiter and cannot access the mezzanine level due to accessibility needs, please speak to a member of the MancFurs team when you arrive at the lounge. We will do our best to accommodate you.

If at any point during the meet you need assistance, whether related to mobility, access, or anything else, please ask. Venue staff and the MancFurs team are there to help and would much rather assist early than have you struggle.
